- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 2 tbsp red onion, diced
- 3 tbsp feta cheese crumbles
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup Greek salad dressing
- Wash and trim green beans.
- Boil green beans for 7 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath to stop the cooking and to cool.
- Drain once cooled.
- Combine green beans, red onion, feta, fresh dill, and Greek salad dressing in a large bowl.
- Toss to combine and serve chilled.
