Feta, Dill and Green Bean Salad

  • 1 lb fresh green beans 
  • 2 tbsp red onion, diced 
  • 3 tbsp feta cheese crumbles 
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped 
  • 1/4 cup Greek salad dressing
  1. Wash and trim green beans. 
  2. Boil green beans for 7 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath to stop the cooking and to cool. 
  3. Drain once cooled. 
  4. Combine green beans, red onion, feta, fresh dill, and Greek salad dressing in a large bowl. 
  5. Toss to combine and serve chilled.
