If you're new to the world of diabetes, or if you've gotten somewhat sidetracked, getting into it can be daunting. Add to that, there's this little thing called the internet that has a gazillion voices on it telling you what to do, how to do it, and it all seems to conflict!

Well, this section is for you. All it contains are the recipes for very simple, diabetes-adjusted recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack, and hopefully help. Please note that there are NO SMOOTHIES on this list. I've found that smoothies, even with protein powder added in, leave me totally unsatiated. Like Chinese food- I'm hungry an hour later.
