This page has a variety of smoothie recipes for those who love 'em. I am not one of those people. But I do imbibe during the summertime more than I did before.
Mango Smoothies
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup mango chunks, frozen
- 1 small banana, frozen
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
