The first time I made these I really messed it up. I had the wrong kind of cheese, the wrong temperature and the wrong time and ended up with a helluva mess.
Sargento Ultra Thin cheese slices (your choice of flavor but cheddar and swiss are best)
On a large sheet pan covered with parchment, preheat your oven to 250 degrees.
Separate the slices and place in an even stack and cut into quarters
Separate again and lay evenly on the parchment- do not let them touch!
Bake in the middle rack for 45 minutes, checking around every 5 minutes until crisp.
Allow to cool and set on paper towels to remove excess oil.
