A little bit of the Middle East! And you don't have to put them in wraps. You can just enjoy them with some veggies!
- 1 pound ground lamb or beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 low-carb tortillas (5g net carbs each)
- Preheat the grill or grill pan.
- Mix meat, onion, parsley, garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Form into skewers.
- Grill 4-5 minutes per side.
- Warm tortillas.
- Assemble wraps with kafta, tzatziki sauce, lettuce, tomato.
