Kafta Wraps

 A little bit of the Middle East! And you don't have to put them in wraps. You can just enjoy them with some veggies!

  • 1 pound ground lamb or beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 low-carb tortillas (5g net carbs each)

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan.
  2. Mix meat, onion, parsley, garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form into skewers.
  4. Grill 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Warm tortillas.
  6. Assemble wraps with kafta, tzatziki sauce, lettuce, tomato.
