- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup low-calorie granulated sweetener (Swerve or Erythritol)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup melted mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet.
- Combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, sweetener, salt, and pepper.
- Add melted mozzarella cheese, garlic, egg, and olive oil.
- Mix until dough forms.
- Roll into 8-10 breadsticks.
- Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden.
