Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks- Low Carb

 Make these as a side for your soups! 1 breadstick only though!

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup low-calorie granulated sweetener (Swerve or Erythritol)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup melted mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  1.  Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet.
  2.  Combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, sweetener, salt, and pepper.
  3.  Add melted mozzarella cheese, garlic, egg, and olive oil.
  4.  Mix until dough forms.
  5.  Roll into 8-10 breadsticks.
  6.  Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden.
