- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp dry Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined, then form into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter).
