No Carb Meatballs

 These meatballs will fill you up without tossing in extra carbs.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  •  1 tbsp dry Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined, then form into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter).
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
