It doesn't get any easier!
- 12 oz chicken breast cut in thin strips
- 1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 cups rinsed and drained chickpeas
- 3 cups of mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- salt and pepper to taste
- cinnamon
Add everything to the slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
Serve with cinnamon sprinkled on top
