- 1 lb chuck roast cut into bits
- 1/2 large red onion
- 1 cup beef broth
- 3 oz tomato paste
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 tsp marjoram
- 1 sliced red bell pepper
- 1 sliced yellow bell pepper
- 1 sliced orange bell pepper
- Put everything but the peppers into the crockpot and stir.
- Cook on low for 8-9 hours
- Add in the bell peppers for the last 45 minutes.
