- 8-9 oz chicken breast, cut into bite-size bits
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 of 1/4 cup honey
- 3 peeled and sectioned mandarin oranges (or 1 cup)
- 1/2 of 1/4 cup liquid aminos
- 3 cups broccoli slaw
- Put everything BUT the slaw in the crockpot and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours.
- Add the slaw in for the last 15 minutes to cook.
- Divide between three plates.
