Breakfast Cobbler

 This recipe serves 8 people but freeze whatever you don't eat!

  • 8 medium apples, cored, peeled, and sliced thinly
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (replace with Walden Farms version or no sugar syrup)
  • dash cinnamon
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 cups granola (replace with plain,  uncooked rolled oats mixed with Splenda for baking brown sugar)

  1. Combine everything in your slow cooker and cook on low for 7-9 hours (or on high for 2-3 hours)
  2. 210 Calories, 18 fat, 20 sodium and 61 carbs
