- 8 medium apples, cored, peeled, and sliced thinly
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (replace with Walden Farms version or no sugar syrup)
- dash cinnamon
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2 cups granola (replace with plain, uncooked rolled oats mixed with Splenda for baking brown sugar)
- Combine everything in your slow cooker and cook on low for 7-9 hours (or on high for 2-3 hours)
