Low Carb Loaf

 You need an 8 x 14" loaf pan for this.

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp EVOO
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 c almond flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  1. Mix together well and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes
  2. Let cool in the pan before extracting.
