A Daily Schedule

MON.

GYM DAY. Shop for veggies at local market if needed (Capt. Mkt)

Clean kitchen incl. Fridge, micro as needed;

TUES.

Make breakfast; grocery shop at commissary

WED.

GYM DAY. Make breakfast. Food prep day writing day. 

THURS.

Make breakfast, clean around the house-bathrooms cleaning; LAUNDRY DAY

FRI.

GYM DAY. Make breakfasts. Vacuum house

SAT.

Big Breakfast Saturday, Prep Sunday's dinner and lunch if needed; work in yard

SUN.

Even God Takes This Day Off! CHURCH!!!

ANY AFTERNOON IS FINE FOR DR. AND DENTAL APPTS.

MONTHLY CHORES:

CLEAN OVEN

BATHE DOGS

MOP FLOORS

YARD WORK (not including mowing)

VACUUM OUT CAR AND TAKE TO CAR WASH

GYM WORKOUT: 3 days a week to start. Mornings. 3 lb weights= arm lifts (12 each) leg lifts (10 each) walking 25 minutes at 1.0.
