Protein Bagels
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- Bagel seasoning, to taste
- Preheat oven to 350
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Or apply a thin layer of non-stick cooking spray to a baking sheet before use.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs and combine with yogurt.
- Slowly add in flour.
- Mix all the ingredients until it form a dough-like consistency, adding more flour if needed.
- Form dough into bagel shapes on a prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with desired bagel seasoning.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly golden.
