- 1/2 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup fat-free Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup meatless crumbles (thawed)
- 1 tbsp shredded and reduced-fat cheese
- 1 tbsp dill pickle chips, chopped
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/2 tsp diced minced onion
- Mix the flour and yogurt into a dough and roll out to 7" x 5" square 1/4" thick.
- In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients and place in the dough, leaving 1/2" border.
- Roll up tightly and seal the seam
- Place the seam side down
- Cut into 8 pinwheels and lay on the sheet, and bake at 400 for 15 minutes until golden
