This is a recipe for 1 flatbread, so adjust as needed
- 3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- The whites of 2 large eggs or 1/4 cup liquid egg white, or substitute
- 1 tbsp self-rising flour
- 1/8 tsp each: garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line a tray with parchment paper
- Blend the cottage cheese until smooth
- Mix in everything else and spread to 1/4" thick on the parchment and bake 30-35 minutes
