Protein Flat breads

 This is a recipe for 1 flatbread, so adjust as needed

  • 3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • The whites of 2 large eggs or 1/4 cup liquid egg white, or substitute
  • 1 tbsp self-rising flour
  • 1/8 tsp each: garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line a tray with parchment paper
  3. Blend the cottage cheese until smooth
  4. Mix in everything else and spread to 1/4" thick on the parchment and bake 30-35 minutes
