Does anything replace the cheeseball for game day, Thanksgiving or Christmas parties or just a casual gathering? As part of an appetizer treat, this classic combines cheesy goodness with crunchy crackers or thick pita chips for a fabulous finger food!
- 8 oz Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 oz Philidelphia cream cheese, room temp
- 2 Tbsp butter, room temp
- 2 Tbsp chopped pimento
- 2 Tbsp green pepper, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp white onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 Tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 Tsp bottled lemon juice
- Mix it all together and form one large or two small cheese balls.
- Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
