If you're looking to go low carb you will want to put this on lettuce leaves or cloud bread. Otherwise, look for as low carb as you can go. This is for 1 person.
- 2 pieces of bread
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp light mayonnaise
- Pickle relish
- 1 slice of turkey (from the breast is best!)
- 1 thin slice of ham
- 1 thin slice of cheese (like swiss)
- 1 tsp parmesan cheese
- Mix the mustard, mayo, pickles, and parmesan cheese.
- Spread on each slice of bread and stack in the other items.
- You can add in lettuce, tomato, and onion!
