Super Sandwich

 If you're looking to go low carb you will want to put this on lettuce leaves or cloud bread. Otherwise, look for as low carb as you can go. This is for 1 person.

  • 2 pieces of bread
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp light mayonnaise
  • Pickle relish
  • 1 slice of turkey (from the breast is best!)
  • 1 thin slice of ham
  • 1 thin slice of cheese (like swiss)
  • 1 tsp parmesan cheese

  1. Mix the mustard, mayo, pickles, and parmesan cheese.
  2. Spread on each slice of bread and stack in the other items.
  3. You can add in lettuce, tomato, and onion!
