#1: Dry Version
- 3 cups Bisquick or similar dry mix
- 1 lb sausage
- 3 cups grated cheese of choice
- Blend everything
- Shape into small balls (quarter-sized)
- Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until slightly browned.
#2: Moister Version
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 1/2 cups Bisquick or similar mix
- 1/2 package shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp oil
- Set oven to 325.
- Combine in bowl: everything but the oil.
- Shape into 1" balls and place on an oiled sheet pan
- Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly browned.
