Salmon Log

Technically you could even replace this with tuna!

  • 2 5oz cans of salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp prepared horseradish
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 tsp minced dry onion
  • 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

  1. Mix the salmon, cheese, lemon, onion, horseradish, salt, and liquid smoke and shape into a log and roll in the parsley and nuts, 
  2. Chill overnight
