Technically you could even replace this with tuna!
- 2 5oz cans of salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 tsp minced dry onion
- 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
- 1/4 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 sprig parsley
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Mix the salmon, cheese, lemon, onion, horseradish, salt, and liquid smoke and shape into a log and roll in the parsley and nuts,
- Chill overnight
