- ½ medium onion, peeled, halved

- 6 Roma tomatoes (seeds and liquid drained out)
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- For Chunky Style Salsa: Select Variable 5. Pulse 10 to 15 times, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
- Alternatively for a smooth salsa: Run the Dip & Spread Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 45-55 seconds, using the tamper to push the ingredients into the blades.
