Almond Butter

  • 4 cups unsalted almonds 

  1. Set oven to 350
  2. Place almonds on parchment paper in a single layer
  3. Roast for 10 minutes
  4. Remove and cool
  5. Using your tamper, place the almonds in the Vitamix
  6. Begin at the lowest speed and slowly work up to the highest.
  7. Keep running until smooth to your taste
