Royal Frosting from Meringue Powder

  • 4 cups confectioners sugar
  • 3 tbsp meringue powder
  • 12 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2-3/4 cups water
  1. Beat everything together (starting with the 1/2 cup water) until peaks form and it becomes shiny. 
  2. Add water if needed.

You can add in your colors as you like. If you need a thinner frosting, add drops of water until achieved.
This frosting is what is used for decorative cookies as it hardens.
