Traditionally this would go with the Classic White Cake but you could use it on just about any cake if you like.
- 1.5 cups softened unsalted butter
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- Cream the butter with the extract.
- In small batches, add in the powdered sugar on low.
- Add milk as needed.
- Cream well.
- Let cakes cool
