Classic White Frosting

Traditionally this would go with the Classic White Cake but you could use it on just about any cake if you like. 

  • 1.5 cups softened unsalted butter
  •  1 tsp almond extract
  •  4 c. powdered sugar
  •  1 tbsp milk

  1.  Cream the butter with the extract.
  2.  In small batches, add in the powdered sugar on low.
  3.  Add milk as needed.
  4.  Cream well.
  5.  Let cakes cool
