Make your own Bleu Cheese dressing

• 1/8 tsp white pepper
• 1 tbsp white vinegar
• 3/4 tsp salt (can be omitted)
• 1 cup (light) Mayonnaise 
• 1/4 tsp powdered onion
• 1 cup (light) sour cream
• 1/4 cup salad oil (not EVOO)
• 1/4 cup water
• 2 oz crumbled bleu (divided in half)

1. In your blender, blend everything but 1 oz of the bleu cheese until smooth
2. Crumble your bleu into small bits and add to the creamy dressing.
