- 1/8 tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 3/4 tsp salt (can be omitted)
- 1 cup (light) Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp powdered onion
- 1 cup (light) sour cream
- 1/4 cup salad oil (not EVOO)
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 oz crumbled bleu (divided in half)
- In your blender, blend everything but 1 oz of the bleu cheese until smooth
- Crumble your bleu into small bits and add to the creamy dressing.
