- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Marinade:
- 1 T. olive oil
- ¼ c. lime juice
- 1 T. basil (dried)
- 2 T. white wine vinegar
- 1 T. grated lime peel
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- Combine marinade ingredients.
- Add chicken and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or broil chicken 10-15 minutes per side.
- Discard marinade.
Yield: 4 servings.
