Keto Big Mac Salad

 Who doesn't remember McDonalds? We all remember those Golden Arches when they spread across the nation. The Big Mac was one of my favorite things to eat. 

  •  1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz lettuce or spinach
  • 1 cup tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1/2 small onion chopped (optional)
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles (diced/chips)
  • Sesame seeds
  • Dressing:
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp pickles
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1.5 tbsp powdered sugar substitute

  1. Cook ground beef in skillet with salt and pepper.
  2. Puree all dressing ingredients in blender. 
  3. Add more water if needed. 
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. In a large bowl, add lettuce, cheese, tomato, onion, ground beef, and pickles. 
  6. Top with sesame seeds.
  7. Toss with dressing
