This couldn't be easier OR healthier! The original recipe called for the heavy stuff but we've healthified it!
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (3 oz each
- 8 oz block lower-fat cream cheese (Neufchatel)
- Can of condensed unsalted cream of chicken soup
- A packet of dry Italian dressing mix (or use the Memaws version)
- Cook on low for 6 hours (check to make sure the chicken is cooked!)
- Remove the chicken and shred and return to mix back in.
- Serve over toast, spaghetti, rice or even stuffed in corn tortillas!
