Mississippi Dip

• 16 ounces sour cream
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 (1 ounce) packet au jus mix
• 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch seasoning
• 3/4 cup chopped pepperoncini peppers, divided
• 3 tablespoons pepperoncini brine from the jar
• potato chips for serving

1. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, au jus mix, and ranch seasoning in a bowl and stir well.  
2. Fold in 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon peppers and brine into sour cream mixture until well combined. 
3. Transfer dip to a serving bowl and top with remaining chopped peppers. 
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 
5. Serve with potato chips.
