- 1 sliced onion
- 2 cans tomato paste (NSA)
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 14.5 oz can NSA diced tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 6 medium chicken thighs, skin removed
- Mix together the paste, diced tomatoes and seasonings.
- Spray the inside of the crock pot and place in the chicken
- Top with the sauce
- and finish with the pepper and onion
- Cook on high for 4 hours.
You can serve over pasta, rice or plain Italian bread!
