This Low Carb, lower sodium, low/lower fat dish is easy to make and quite delicious.
- 3/4 c. EVOO
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 small shallot
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt (may omit)
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- Place all of the above in a processor except the chopped cilantro and process to where you want it.
- Add in cilantro and chill.
- Grill or pan cook or oven cook your fish to your liking and serve with the sauce on top.
For Three people you want 3 cuts, 4 oz thick Salmon or other thick cut filet.
