Quickly Salad

 This is SO easy, and it's so low in carbs and fats that your cardiologist will smile! My guys really love this spread in a sandwich or with crackers.

  • 12 oz canned tuna in olive oil
  • 2 mashed avocadoes
  • 2 diced pickles 
  • 1/2  diced red onion
  • dill weed, sea salt and ground pepper to taste

Mix everything and serve immediately.

If you like, serve with crackers or even on toast squares.
