Quickly Salad
This is SO easy, and it's so low in carbs and fats that your cardiologist will smile! My guys really love this spread in a sandwich or with crackers.
12 oz canned tuna in olive oil
2 mashed avocadoes
2 diced pickles
1/2 diced red onion
dill weed, sea salt and ground pepper to taste
Mix everything and serve immediately.
If you like, serve with crackers or even on toast squares.
