Oh, I think I would eat these even if Fido doesn't! They could also make good teething cookies for a baby though you might want to add in some sweetener.
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup pumpkin
- 1 cup diced apple
- 2-1/3 cups flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 29 oz. canned pumpkin puree
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 cup yogurt
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line the baking sheet
- with parchment paper.
- Whisk baking powder and flour together until any lumps are eliminated.
- Add pumpkin, apple, egg, and water and stir until dry ingredients are
- completely moistened.
- Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into shapes with a cookie cutter.
- Transfer cut dough to the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until crisp.
- On a wire rack, cool completely before serving.
