If you're watching the sodium this could be your favorite recipe. To make it in large quantity, just triple or more.
- 1 tbsp ground chili (half for less heat)
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp dried onion flakes
Mix this all together and use as needed.
You can also ground it all together with your spice grinder.
