This is something you can make up in your Instant pot or on the stove. It's quick, easy and delish!
- Ground 93% Turkey, Chicken or Beef
- 1 package broccoli or cole slaw
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp each fresh grated ginger and garlic
- 1 tbsp liquid aminos
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider vinegar
- 2 packs splenda or stevia
- Spray the pot.
- Brown (drain if need be) the meat, making sure its broken into small bits as you go
- Add in the slaw of choice and stir until it just gets a little softer
- Scoot to the edges and pour in the middle the sesame oil, ACV, ginger and garlic and cook a little until the ginger and garlic get softened.
- Toss everything together and add in the aminos, cooking until done.
Now, what to serve it with? If you're like me cauliflower rice just isn't your thing and you're going to have gas from either the broccoli or cabbage, maybe a little carb is in order. You can use pre-cooked microwavable rice (the stuff in the packet) but keep the amount in check! Or you could make some ramen (without the packet) or some spaghetti squash seasoned oriental (more work!)
But for me? I cut up some eggroll wrappers and oven fry them and enjoy the strips on top!
