  • 3/4 cup cherry tomatoes sliced
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Healthy Big Mac-Style Sauce

  •  2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  •  1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  •  1 tablespoon ketchup
  •  1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice
  • Pinch of garlic powder

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the ground beef.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked, breaking it into small pieces.

  5. This will serve as the base for your protein bowl.
  6. Place the warm ground beef on top of the lettuce.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef so it melts slightly.
