Ranch Pork Chops

  •  4-8 oz bone-in pork chops 3/4-1" thick
  • 16 oz baby red potatoes cut in half
  • 16 oz trimmed fresh green beans
  • 2 tbsp evoo
  • 1 oz pack of ranch mix (or use Memaws version)
  • 3 cloves minced garlic

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  2. Place the chops, taters, and beans in a single layer and drizzle the EVOO over and sprinkle with the ranch seasoning and garlic
  3. Roast until pork is cooked to 140 degrees (20-25 minutes)
  4. Then broil for 2-3 minutes until slightly charred.
