- 4-8 oz bone-in pork chops 3/4-1" thick
- 16 oz baby red potatoes cut in half
- 16 oz trimmed fresh green beans
- 2 tbsp evoo
- 1 oz pack of ranch mix (or use Memaws version)
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- Place the chops, taters, and beans in a single layer and drizzle the EVOO over and sprinkle with the ranch seasoning and garlic
- Roast until pork is cooked to 140 degrees (20-25 minutes)
- Then broil for 2-3 minutes until slightly charred.
