- 2 lb beef short ribs, boneless
- ½ cup ketchup
- ½ cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- vegetable oil, as needed
- salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- In a non-stick skillet, sear the ribs in hot oil for a minute on each side.
- Set aside once done.
- In a bowl, mix the beef broth, ketchup, white sugar, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and garlic.
- Mix and make sure it is well-combined.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Place the seared ribs in the crockpot, then pour the sauce over the ribs.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Serve this warm with potatoes and vegetables, done to your preference.
To serve:1 cup mashed potatoes, or any potatoes done to your preference, ½ cup vegetables, (grilled onions, zucchini, tomatoes, and green onions), done to your preference
1 rosemary sprig, for garnish.
