Whoopie Pie Filling


WHOOPIE!! No not that Whoopie. I'm talking about the Whoopie Pie filling. The reason I'm publishing only the filling is that I use it for a variety of different things, including stuffed cookies, cream puffs, cake layers, and ultra-sweet crepes! You could even put it on nice hot pancakes or french toast. Of course, you'll have a sugar rush like crazy but hey! Who doesn't like a good rush? Its important to use ONLY FLUFF and not Marshmallow Creme. If you don't use the right thing you won't get the desired outcome. By the way- fluff keeps FOREVER!

  • 2 cups marshmallow FLUFF not creme!
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

  1. Cream the fluff and butter until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add the vanilla and salt
  3. Add the sugar, starting slowly and increasing the speed until very smooth.
