- 1 lb butter
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
- 4 lbs powdered sugar
- 1 cup cocoa
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 cup nuts, chopped
- In a saucepan melt butter and Velveeta cheese.
- Sift together sugar and cocoa.
- Add the cheese and butter mixture, vanilla and nuts and mix well.
- Spread into a buttered 9 x 13 - inch pan and place in the fridge to firm overnight
- Remove and cut up into squares
I would make a sling to remove it easier
