Texas Banana Pudding

This little dish has been around a long time and seems to be a group favorite. What I like about it is that it's fast and easy. Is it authentic? Nope. The pudding isn't homemade from scratch. But it's still good and delicious at the Sunday Social!

  •  1 8-oz package of full-fat cream cheese
  • 1 5oz package of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups of cold milk
  • 1 14oz can sweeten condensed milk
  • 1 8oz container of whipped topping, thawed
  • 4 bananas sliced into 1/4" coins
  • 1 package Vanilla Wafers

  1. In a large bowl beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
  2. Beat in the condensed milk, pudding mix, and cold milk until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping.
  4. Line the bottom of your serving container with the wafers, followed by sliced bananas and then spread over with the pudding mixture.
  5. Repeat the layering.
  6. Top with the leftover whipped topping.
  7. Chill for 4-5 hours or overnight.
