- 1 pound lean beef, sliced
- 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- Place beef, broth, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Add broccoli and cook for another 30 minutes.
- If needed, mix cornstarch with water and slowly add to the broth to thicken.
