- 1 lb chicken thighs, defrosted if frozen
- 1 jar salsa
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- Low Carb Wraps (optional)
- Cauliflower Rice (optional)
- Place chicken in a slow cooker.
- Pour Salsa on top.
- Add cream cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Serve over cauliflower rice OR with wraps + shredded cabbage.
Serve with brown rice or cauliflower rice.
