Easy Chicken Slow Cooker Recipe

  •  1 lb chicken thighs, defrosted if frozen
  • 1 jar salsa 
  • 1 pkg cream cheese 
  • Low Carb Wraps (optional) 
  • Cauliflower Rice (optional) 

  1. Place chicken in a slow cooker. 
  2. Pour Salsa on top. 
  3. Add cream cheese. 
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours. 

Serve over cauliflower rice OR with wraps + shredded cabbage.

Serve with brown rice or cauliflower rice.
