 Cheesy Garlic Turkey Meatloaf (Low-Carb & High-Protein, Diabetic-Friendly)

(Serves 4)

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning

Optional: drizzle with light garlic cream sauce (made with Greek yogurt)

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix turkey, egg, cheeses, garlic, parsley, and seasoning.
  3. Shape into a loaf in a baking dish. Bake for 40–45 minutes.
  4. Drizzle with garlic yogurt sauce and top with fresh parsley.
