- 6 large eggs
- 1 lb lean turkey/chicken sausage
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Boil eggs (6–7 minutes soft, 9–10 minutes hard). Cool in ice bath and peel.
- Mix sausage with almond flour and seasonings.
- Flatten sausage mixture and wrap evenly around each egg.
- Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes, or air fry at 375°F for 15–18 minutes.
- Cool slightly, slice, and enjoy.
