Big Mac Pickle

If you're a pickle lover, this is for YOU!

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet relish
  • 1 tablespoon white onion
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • paprika
  • salt (optional)
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 5 large dill pickles
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • 2 slices white onion
  • 4 sweet pickle slices
  • 1/4 cup finely shredded cheese

  1. Stir mayonnaise, relish, onion, mustard, ketchup, vinegar, and onion powder together in a small bowl. 
  2. Season with paprika and salt; set aside.
  3. Cook and stir ground beef in a nonstick skillet until browned and crumbly, about 5 minutes; set aside.
  4. Slice off the sides of each pickle and hollow out the core with a spoon to create a space to fill; set aside.
  5. To assemble, add tomato, onion, pickles, ground beef, and cheese to a board. 
  6. Drizzle with burger sauce, then chop all ingredients together. 
  7. Scoop up a small amount of the mixture and fill each pickle. 
  8. Drizzle with more burger sauce and enjoy. 

Refrigerate any extra sauce in a jar with a lid for up to 2 weeks.
