- 2 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled, or 4 tbsp bacon bits, crisped
- 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sugar (or substitute)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small can of baby peas, drained
- 1 celery rib, chopped
- 1/4 cup cubed cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then drain it.
- Whisk mayo, honey, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth
- Mix bacon, peas, celery, cheese, and onion, and top and mix with the dressing
- Chill
