- 4 flatbreads or naan
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 4 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: drizzle of balsamic glaze
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- Brush each flatbread lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic.
- Bake for 5-6 minutes until slightly crisp.
- Remove from oven and top with cherry tomatoes, avocado, and crumbled feta.
- Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle basil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Optional: drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
