Simple Baked Eggs for 3
- 1 tbsp butter
- 6 eggs
- kosher salt and ground pepper to taste
- your choice of toppings and condiments is optional, to taste, for serving
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Add the butter to a small baking dish.
- Bake the butter until it melts, about 1 minute, then use a brush to spread the butter around the inside of the dish.
- Crack the eggs into a small bowl and then slowly slide them into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the eggs with the salt and the pepper and place the baking dish on a baking sheet.
- Bake until the egg whites are set and the yolks reach your desired firmness, about 12-15 minutes.
- Serve with your desired toppings.
