- 12 oz cooked turkey (can use chicken)
- 1large avocado
- 1 pack water cress
- 4 cups salad greens
- 5 tablespoons mixed seeds
- Dressing
- 2 tbsp apple juice
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp whole-grain mustard
- salt and pepper
- Thinly slice the turkey
- Dice the avocado and mix it with the water cress and salad greens in a large bowl
- Add the turkey and toasted seeds to combine
- Make the dressing by whicksing the juice, yogurt, honey, and mustard and season with salt and pepper to taste
- Pour over the salad and mix.
- Serve with bread.
